Recipe Name White Sauce Pasta Blogger M.Bhargavi Ingredients 1 cup --- Pasta Shells 1 ½ cup --- Water 4 tbsp --- Butter 1 large cup --- Milk 2 tbsp --- Maida 4 --- Chopped Onions 1 --- Carrot 4 --- Beans ½ --- Bell Peppers (Any colour) 1 cup --- Baked Corn 1 tbsp --- Oregano ½ tbsp --- Pepper ( Optional ) Salt to taste 1 Tsp --- Oil Cooking Procedure 1. Take a pan and pour 1 ½ cup of water 2. Make the water boiling and add 1 tsp of oil into it 3. Add the pasta shells into the boiling water 4. Let the pasta get cooked for 5-7 mins 5. Drain the exes water and keep it aside 6. Now take a pan and add 2 tbsp of butter 7. After the butter gets melted add the Maida 8. Fry it thoroughly and add the milk and stir well 9. Recipe Name : Wheat Halwa A.Ingredients: 1. 200 grams --- Ghee 2.200 grams --- Jaggery 3. 225 grams --- Wheat flour 4. 10 – 15 nos --- Badam and Cashew B. Cooking Procedure: 1. Take ¾ cup of Ghee and pour into a pan. 2. Fry Cashew nuts and Badam into golden brown and keep it aside 3. In the same pan fry the wheat flour until it turns into dark colour. 4. Take 1 cup of water and allow it to boil 5. Add jaggery into boiling water. 6. Filter it and pour slowly into the wheat flour pan and stir continuously. 7. Add the remaining ghee and fried nuts into the halwa 8. Halwa should be in non sticky consistency and the pored ghee should get ooze out. Hot and healthy Halwa ready
